Meet Absence Form
Please complete and return to Kevin ASAP to let the coaches know which meet(s) your child(ren) will miss. We will send out a list prior to each meet of known absences for that meet. It is IMPERATIVE that we know if your kid(s) will not be swimming so that the lineup- especially relays- can be accurate. Thanks to parents who have already alerted us to absences, and thanks to everyone for their attention to this matter!
